The aim of the tGov workshop was to provide a common
platform for academics and practitioners to discuss and present
original research highlighting issues related with technical,
organisational, managerial and socioeconomic aspects of both (e) and
(t)-government implementation and adoption.
Papers in the workshop addressed theoretical analysis, empirical
research, or case studies to get a deeper insight
into issues surrounding the use of ICT to achieve better government (transforming governments).
