MeTTeG 2011

The fifth International Conference on Methodologies, Technologies and Tools enabling e-Government was hosted by the University of Camerino, Italy, in 30th June and 1st July 2011. The conference brings together researchers and practitioners active in the area of the e-Government with a focus on the role played by the information and communication technologies.

Karol Furdik has been invited to be a member of the Program Committee. On the conference, Karol presented a paper describing the architecture of the OCOPOMO platform that was designed according to the approach of combining collaboratively created narrative scenarios with agent-based simulation models of policy alternatives. Feedback obtained after the presentation was positive, participants were namely interested in results that are expected as outcomes of pilot applications.
