ICEGOV is a key conference on ICT for governance organised this year by the E-Government Academy in Estonia. The tutorial "Electronic Governance for Sustainable Development – From Policy Modeling to Program Implementation" was organised by Tomasz Janowski (UNU-IIST, Macau) and Maria Wimmer (University of Koblenz-Landau). It aimed at introducing principles, practices and emerging implementation guidelines for EGOV4SD, illustrated by examples from around the world.
